Manager, Coquitlam Ridge Constructors
As Manager, Lyle is responsible for the successful acquisition and execution of structural works and special projects. Initially joining Coquitlam Ridge in 1993 as a Labourer, Lyle has over 25 years of experience working in British Columbia’s Bridge and Heavy Engineering Construction Market. Having participated in a wide variety of both traditional and design-build projects, Lyle brings valuable experience and knowledge to every project in which he is involved.
Lyle’s responsibilities include oversight of structural and bridge related works; estimating, proposal/bid preparation for project procurement; planning for asset allocation; project management; management of equipment procurement and disposal; oversight of labour relations matters; oversight of the Occupational Health and Safety program; and construction engineering.
President and CEO for the BC Delegation of Eurovia Companies
Francois-Xavier Laumonier (FXL) joined Eurovia in 1993 as an Engineer School Graduate and brings 27 years of experience in the construction industry. Beginning as a superintendent on site, FXL has been promoted through the many successive operations positions including construction manager and operations manager. Taking on more challenges, FXL moved into an executive position in 2001, where he progressed from business unit supervisor to regional director. During his time with Eurovia, FXL has moved a lot both within France and abroad. He continually seeks opportunities to learn and has worked for many subsidiaries within the Eurovia group, most recently as vice president in charge of regional activities for France and Benelux in ETF, Eurovia’s railway construction subsidiary.
Now, as President of BC Delegation of Eurovia Companies, FXL provides leadership for the company by working with the board and managers to establish short and long-term goals, plans and strategies.
Senior Vice President for the BC Delegation of Eurovia Companies
Martin Logan-Hill joined the BC Delegation of Eurovia Companies as an Estimator in 1998, was promoted to Bid Manager in 2011, and to Vice-President in 2015. Martin has over 30 years of experience in pavement evaluation, rehabilitation methods, quality control, quality assurance and major and municipal level construction in Canada and the United Kingdom.
As Senior VP Martin is instrumental in designing and implementing business strategies, plans and procedures. He works with the CEO to drive extensive and sustainable growth.
Chief Financial Officer for the BC Delegation of Eurovia Companies
Mathieu Mulliez brings 18 years of financial oversight and accounting experience to his role as CFO. With a Master’s Degree in Business Management, he has hands on experience as a business and financial controller for our companies in France and London (UK), and as CFO for our sister company in Alberta. Adding to his portfolio, Mathieu is responsible for managing the financial activities of our operations in British Columbia.
VP, Field Operations for the BC Delegation of Eurovia Companies
Emmanuel Rose has been with our parent company, Eurovia, since 2002. He joined BC Delegation of Eurovia Companies as Project Manager in 2009, was promoted to Operations Manager in 2015, and became Vice President, Field Operations in 2015.
Emmanuel has extensive civil engineering training complemented by more than 12 years of experience in the construction industry internationally, including management of small to mid-sized road construction projects and large asphalt paving projects.
